Job Description

Manager/Discipline Leader of the Mechanical Equipment & Packages team in Milano office:

  • Contributes to defining and implementing the department's strategy
  • Leads a diverse team and plans resource allocation for employees in the group
  • Cross checks and approves technical documentation, supports project execution and tendering
  • Actively tracks budgeted hours and costs with their team members
  • Manages the hiring process and develops individual employee career paths
  • Develops guidelines and specifications for defined subject areas
  • Establishes internal guidelines and directives for the group
Qualifications
  • Mechanical Engineering Degree or technical diploma
  • 4+ years of experience in the role of Mechanical Group Leader
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems: engineering, manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning
  • Experience in projects with a strong focus on plant engineering.
  • Decision-making, project management and entrepreneurial skills
