La tua nuova aziendaPer joint venture tra due fra i principali player nel settore energy e agroindustriale in Italia, in fase di strutturazione a livello italiano ed estero, stiamo ricercando un/una Accounting & Finance Manager.Il tuo nuovo ruoloRiportando direttamente al CEO, ed in coordinamento con il CFO di Gruppo, il candidato/a sarà direttamente responsabile delle attività finanziarie, amministrativo-contabili, tesoreria, predisposizione del bilancio civilistico, budget, forecast e reporting verso la capogruppo mediante i principi contabili IFRS. Si occuperà altresì della supervisione dell’area crediti, degli adempimenti fiscali e della corretta tenuta dei rapporti con istituti di credito e consulenti esterni. Avrà infine l’occasione di dirigere operazioni di valorizzazione sul capitale ed aumento del capitale sociale.Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successoIl candidato ideale ha una laurea in discipline economico-finanziarie e ha maturato un’esperienza di 4-7 anni all’interno di primarie società di revisione o all'interno della funzione amministrativa di realtà mediamente strutturate. Si richiedono competenze avanzate nell’utilizzo del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel. Completano il profilo ottime capacità organizzative e di analisi, proattività, nonché buone doti relazionali al fine di collaborare efficacemente con più dipartimenti. Infine, è richiesta un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese per la gestione dei rapporti relativi alle filiali estere.Cosa avrai in cambioIl nostro cliente offre ampia visibilità all’interno di un Gruppo molto dinamico e in forte espansione.
