Responsibilities:
As our new Senior Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to drive Sales and support in expanding the Partnerships pipeline and portfolio, working in close collaboration with our Country Manager.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from Sales Qualified Leads to finalizing deals
- Discover new sales opportunities by networking and fostering strong client relationships
- Identifying, onboarding and nurturing high-potential partners
- Provide customized and impactful demonstrations of Formalize solutions to prospects
- Compile and present KPI reports to management
- Work in close collaboration with Customer success, marketing, product development teams
Qualifications and expectations towards you:
- 3-5 years of experience within Sales, e.g. as a Senior Account Executive
- Experienced in working with complex Sales
- Able to work 40 hours per week in our Milan office
- Native fluency in Italian and professional fluency in English
It’s seen as an advantage, if:
- You have B2B SaaS experience
- You have experience with collaborating with law firms, compliance and cybersecurity professionals
- You have experience with working with partnerships
- You have experience working with MEDIC/MEDDPICC and/or Commands of the Message frameworks
- You have been working with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Recruitment Process
- Completion of personality test
- 15-minutes online interview with our Talent Acquisition team
- 30-minutes online interview with the Country Manager
- IQ test and case preparation for the last interview
- 60 minutes in-person final interview with the Country Manager and CRO
