What You Will Do in This Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will:

  1. Be the voice of our company and the direct link to our customers.
  2. Take care of our Italian-speaking customers by phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
  3. Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service.
  4. Work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, for example, Sales and Marketing.
  6. Be part of an international and multilingual team.
Your Qualifications

  1. Are fluent in verbal and written Italian (C1).
  2. Have an advanced level of English (B2).
  3. Possess strong communication skills: approachable, patient, and customer-oriented.
  4. Exhibit a high level of empathy; providing excellent, customer-friendly service is your top priority.
  5. Can manage escalation processes and resolve complex issues.
  6. Have prior experience in customer support.
  7. Are familiar with omnichannel support (phone, chat, email) and able to work with many tools at once.
  8. Have a problem-solving mindset; curious and persistent in resolving issues.
  9. Are well-organized and able to stay calm under pressure.
  10. Are proficient in using a smartphone, tablet, and computers.
