• Own the recruiting process for Operators, Specialists & Assistants roles for Italy. Working very closely with hiring managers and with our recruiting providers.
• Post the job postings & schedule the interviews.
• Support the HR Team with employee engagement projects such as surveys, events, updating the company intranet.
• Support the HR Team during external/internal audits.
• Support the HR Team in administrative tasks during the whole employee lifecycle of our employees.
• Actively contribute to different global/regional/local HR initiatives for the different divisions.

• University Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Economics or similar.
• Advanced level in English.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Embracing a fast-moving, dynamic and multicultural environment where things change quickly.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in HR.
• Computers knowledge: Office Package, HR Systems.
