Your key responsibilities Own the recruiting process for Operators, Specialists & Assistants roles for Italy, working closely with hiring managers and our recruiting providers. Post job postings & schedule interviews. Support the HR Team with employee engagement projects such as surveys, events, and updating the company intranet. Assist the HR Team during external/internal audits. Support the HR Team in administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle. Actively contribute to different global/regional/local HR initiatives for various divisions. You bring University Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Economics, or similar. Advanced level in English. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to embrace a fast-moving, dynamic, and multicultural environment. 0-2 years of experience in HR.
