Break into the HR Field with Dsm-Firmenich

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee HR Italy to join our team This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to transition into the Human Resources field.

About the Role

In this dynamic and multicultural environment, you will be responsible for owning the recruiting process for Operators, Specialists & Assistants roles for Italy. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Posting job postings and scheduling interviews
  • Supporting the HR Team with employee engagement projects such as surveys, events, and updating the company intranet
  • Assisting the HR Team during external/internal audits
  • Supporting the HR Team in administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A University Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Economics, or similar
  • Advanced level in English
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to embrace a fast-moving, dynamic, and multicultural environment
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR
  • Knowledge of Office Package and HR Systems

Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €35,000 - €45,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
