Informazioni sull'aziendaIl nostro cliente è una solida realtà leader nel settore Energy, focalizzata sulla transizione energetica e sullo sviluppo di infrastrutture sostenibili.Informazioni sul ruoloPer potenziare la struttura direzionale, siamo alla ricerca di un Finance Manager a cui affidare la supervisione finanziaria e il supporto strategico alla crescita del business.ResponsabilitàPianificazione e Controllo: Supervisione del bilancio d'esercizio, gestione del reporting periodico e analisi degli scostamenti. Energy Financing: Supporto nella strutturazione finanziaria di progetti legati al settore Energy (Project Finance, gestione garanzie, rapporti con istituti di credito). Cash Flow Management: Ottimizzazione dei flussi di cassa e gestione della tesoreria di gruppo. Compliance & Tax: Coordinamento con i consulenti esterni per gli adempimenti fiscali e normativi specifici del mercato energetico. Business Partnering: Supporto alle decisioni strategiche attraverso la valutazione di investimenti (NPV, IRR) e analisi dei rischi.QualificheEsperienza: Almeno 7-10 anni in ruoli analoghi all'interno di aziende del settore Energy, Utilities o in società di consulenza/revisione (Big4) con esperienze sul Business di riferimento Formazione: Laurea Magistrale in Economia o Ingegneria Gestionale.Competenze richiesteCompetenze Tecniche: Conoscenza approfondita dei principi contabili (OIC/IFRS) e dei modelli di valutazione finanziaria per progetti energetici. Soft Skills: Doti di leadership, approccio analitico e capacità di operare con la massima riservatezza e autonomia. Lingue: Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (necessaria per eventuali rapporti con investitori o partner esteri).Compenso e pacchetto retributivoInquadramento economico di sicuro interesse (RAL commisurata all'esperienza + MBO).
