Importante azienda produttrice di macchine utensili ad elevata tecnologia in grado di soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti più qualificati e riconosciuta sul mercato mondiale per la qualità dei prodotti offerti, ci ha incaricati della Ricerca e Selezione di un/a Mechanical Project Engineer
La persona prescelta verrà inserita all’interno di un team di 5 persone e gestirà in autonomia il ciclo completo delle commesse di produzione. Si occuperà della verifica di fattibilità delle richieste di customizzazione provenienti dall’Ufficio Commerciale italiano ed estero, interfacciandosi direttamente con il Cliente quando richiesto. Provvederà alla composizione della distinta di produzione secondo la customizzazione richiesta e alla progettazione 2D e 3D della macchina e delle parti meccaniche o di carpenteria. Seguirà tutte le fasi di produzione delle macchine, dalla lavorazione dei particolari e delle strutture all’assemblaggio di tutte le parti che costituiscono la macchina. Manterrà aggiornato lo stato di avanzamento pianificato per garantire la conformità dei requisiti nel rispetto delle tempistiche definite con il Cliente. Si interfaccerà con Fornitori, Produzione e Ufficio Acquisti per ottimizzare la fase di industrializzazione dei componenti delle macchine individuando tecnologie produttive che consentano una riduzione dei costi del prodotto finito, mantenendo al contempo l’alto livello qualitativo. Proporrà nuove personalizzazioni e innovazioni per le macchine tenendo conto delle evoluzioni del mercato, migliorando continuamente le soluzioni offerte.
Attività:
- Analisi e sviluppo dei progetti per modifiche e aggiornamenti delle macchine esistenti, adattandoli alle richieste di customizzazione del Cliente;
- Supporto tecnico all’Ufficio Commerciale e analisi di fattibilità del progetto;
- Composizione delle distinte di produzione;
- Progettazione meccanica 2D e 3D di macchinari e/o organi meccanici;
- Dimensionamento e realizzazione dei componenti meccanici sia strutturali che di carpenteria leggera (carenatura della macchina);
- Gestione del rapporto con i Fornitori per garantire il rispetto delle specifiche tecniche;
- Verifica del rispetto delle normative di sicurezza, qualità e conformità tecnica;
- Monitoraggio delle attività di messa in servizio e collaudo risolvendo eventuali problematiche tecniche;
- Attività di R&D per ideare nuove personalizzazioni e innovazioni per le macchine.
Requisiti:
- Esperienza pregressa nella progettazione meccanica e relativi asservimenti;
- Conoscenza dei principali software di progettazione;
- Conoscenza delle tecnologie di realizzazione di componenti/parti meccaniche (lavorazioni meccaniche, stampaggi, fusioni);
- Conoscenza degli impianti idraulici e pneumatici;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Sede di lavoro: provincia nord-ovest di Milano
