Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Digital Marketing and Analytics Officer (DMAO) to join our team. As the DMAO you will be responsible for taking ownership of our digital marketing strategy optimizing our online presence and driving growth through datadriven insights. This is a handson role where you will singlehandedly manage our social media website and digital marketing initiatives during the initial phase of our product launch.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with NPPD CARE s goals.
  • Plan and manage multichannel marketing campaigns including social media email marketing content marketing and SEO/SEM.
  1. Website and Social Media Management:
  • Oversee the design development and maintenance of the NPPD CARE website to ensure it is userfriendly optimized and reflective of our brand.
  • Manage social media accounts create engaging content and grow our online community across platforms.
  1. Analytics and Performance Tracking:
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics social media insights) to track measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing keyword analysis and audience segmentation to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  1. Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization:
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Optimize landing pages and digital touchpoints to increase conversion rates and achieve business objectives.
