Position Overview:As the Product Development and Innovation Officer (PDIO) at BizVidya you will be responsible for leading the conceptualization development and refinement of our educational products. You will drive innovation ensure alignment with market needs and collaborate closely with our tech marketing and content teams to bring new ideas to life. This role requires a visionary leader who is handson and can operate in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Development:
  • Lead the endtoend development of educational products from ideation to launch.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new product features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the content and tech teams to ensure product offerings meet educational and technological standards.
  1. Innovation Management:
  • Drive innovation by exploring emerging trends and technologies in the education sector.
  • Implement best practices in product design and development to deliver cuttingedge solutions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and creativity within the team.
  1. Project Management:
  • Develop project timelines and manage resources to ensure ontime delivery of products.
  • Oversee the testing and iteration process to refine products based on user feedback.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensure product alignment with business goals.
  1. Strategic Planning:
  • Work with the executive team to define the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Analyze competitive products and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present product updates and strategies to stakeholders and investors.
  1. Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Work closely with marketing sales and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Engage with external partners institutions and industry experts to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in product development ideally within the education or tech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the edtech landscape and emerging trends.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and lead crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience with market research user experience (UX) design and product testing.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problemsolving.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions in a fastpaced environment.
