Position Overview:As the Digital Marketing and Analytics Officer (DMAO) at BizVidya you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive growth engagement and customer acquisition. You will also manage data analytics to optimize marketing efforts and support product development decisions. This role is crucial for scaling our brand presence and ensuring our marketing strategies align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Manage all digital channels including social media email marketing SEO/SEM and content marketing.
  • Create and oversee campaigns that resonate with our target audience ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
  1. Data Analytics and Optimization:
  • Analyze digital marketing data to measure campaign performance ROI and customer behavior.
  • Use datadriven insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics and make recommendations for future strategies.
  1. Content Development and Management:
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with BizVidyas brand voice and goals.
  • Oversee content distribution and engagement across digital channels.
  1. Growth Hacking:
  • Identify growth opportunities through innovative marketing techniques and partnerships.
  • Experiment with new channels and strategies to find the most effective ways to reach and engage our target audience.
  • Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  1. Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Work closely with product sales and tech teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product launches and business goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Engage with external partners influencers and communities to build strategic relationships.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing preferably within the edtech or technology sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics SEO tools social media management and email marketing software.
  • Experience with AI and automation tools in marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced startup environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
