Job DescriptionDigital Marketing & Communications ExecutiveReporting to: Head Strategic Initiatives & CommunicationsWe are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing & Communications Executive to manage our social media channels website and communication strategies. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our online presence engaging our community and promoting our brand.Key Responsibilities:
  1. Social Media Management:
  • Develop curate and manage content for Inventure Academy s social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn etc.).
  • Collaborate with other team members to fulfil daytoday social media requirements.
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions and track engagement metrics.
  1. Website Management:
  • Regularly review and update website content to ensure it is current accurate and engaging.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to gather information and create content that reflects the school s activities and achievements.
  • Optimize website performance and user experience.
  1. Communications:
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of newsletters and other school communications.
  • Ensure that all communications are aligned with the school s brand and messaging guidelines.
  • Support various departments in drafting editing and disseminating important announcements.
  1. SEO Management:
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve the school s search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content.
  • Monitor SEO performance and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.

5. Reporting Scorecard and Data Analysis:
  • Generate regular reports on digital marketing activities including social media engagement website traffic and SEO performance.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the school scorecard Analyze data to identify trends insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the Head Strategic Initiatives & Communications to inform strategic decisions.

6. Other Strategic Areas:
  • Participate in strategic projects as assigned based on skills and interest.
  • Provide input and support for marketing campaigns events and other initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field.
  • 12 years of relevant experience in social media management website management and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools.
  • Experience with data analysis reporting and scorecard management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Adwords Hootsuite Google Analytics WordPress).
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
