  1. Our properties are less than 17 km from the upcoming Noida International Airport (Jewar Airport). Its Indias hottest real estate property for investment and housing not just because of the Noida International Airport (the largest airport in Asia) but also because of the neighbouring projects like Film City Cricket Stadium etc.
  2. We are wellestablished in the region and have already delivered three major residential projects.

A Digital Marketing Manager in the real estate sector plays a crucial role in promoting properties building brand awareness and driving leads. Here s a detailed list of roles and responsibilities:
Roles and Responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Manager
1. Strategy Development
  • Develop Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the real estate market including goals target audience and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand current trends competitor activities and customer preferences in the real estate sector.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • OnPage SEO: Optimize website content including property listings blog posts and landing pages for search engines.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify and target relevant search terms for real estate.
  • Analytics: Monitor and analyze SEO performance and make adjustments to improve rankings and traffic.
3. Paid Advertising
  • PPC Campaigns: Develop and manage payperclick (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive targeted traffic.
  • Social Media Ads: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to increase visibility and lead generation.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
4. Email Marketing
  • Campaign Development: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads promote new listings and share market updates.
  • List Management: Build and maintain an email subscriber list and segment it for targeted messaging.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze email campaign performance and make datadriven improvements.
5. Analytics and Reporting
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze digital marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance including ROI traffic and lead generation and present findings to stakeholders.
  • DataDriven Decisions: Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
6. Collaboration and Coordination
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with other marketing team members real estate agents and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with thirdparty vendors such as digital marketing agencies graphic designers and web developers.
  • CrossDepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals and client needs.
7. Compliance and Best Practices
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all digital marketing practices comply with industry regulations and guidelines such as advertising standards and data protection laws.
  • Best Practices: Stay updated on digital marketing trends tools and best practices to continuously improve strategies.


Qualifications:
  • Experience in Digital Marketing: Proven experience (typically 27 years) in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO PPC and email marketing. Affiliate experience will be given preference.
  • Proof of work You must have run campaigns worth more than INR 1 Lac. You should be able to show the proof of that.
  • Relevant Certifications: Any top tier digital marketing certifications will be given preference.
  • Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics Google Ads SEMrush Ahrefs Hootsuite Mailchimp and others.
  • SEO and SEM: Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content engaging with stakeholders and collaborating with team members
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously meet deadlines and coordinate with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.

CompensationThe CTC range for this role is 46 LPA. Your CTC will be based on your years of experience and your interview performance.
