Business Development Manager Il candidato ideale avrà l'opportunità di contribuire allo sviluppo e all’espansione dell'area dei servizi pubblicitari in ambito radiofonico, lavorando a stretto contatto con aziende, editori, concessionarie ed emittenti radiofoniche. L'obiettivo principale sarà quello di incrementare il portafoglio clienti, ampliare la rete di concessionarie radiofoniche e promuovere soluzioni pubblicitarie innovative per le aziende.Responsabilità:
- Gestire e curare i rapporti con gli editori radiofonici, assicurando una collaborazione efficace e duratura;
- Sviluppare e implementare strategie per l’acquisizione di concessionarie radiofoniche e partnership;
- Promuovere e vendere spazi pubblicitari alle emittenti radiofoniche, valorizzando il nostro portafoglio di soluzioni pubblicitarie;
- Offrire servizi pubblicitari alle aziende, tra cui soluzioni editorialmente intelligenti, contenuti sponsorizzati, e altri format innovativi;
- Analizzare le esigenze delle emittenti radiofoniche e delle aziende per proporre soluzioni creative e personalizzate in grado di massimizzare l'efficacia delle campagne pubblicitarie;
- Supportare il Direttore Commerciale nella gestione dei grandi investitori e nella definizione di strategie per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato;
- Monitorare e analizzare le performance delle campagne pubblicitarie e proporre azioni correttive per ottimizzare i risultati;
- Partecipare attivamente alla definizione e sviluppo del piano commerciale, portando idee innovative per l’espansione del business.
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3-5 anni nel settore della pubblicità radiofonica, marketing o vendite in ambito media;
- Ottima conoscenza del panorama radiofonico e dei suoi principali attori (editori, concessionarie, emittenti);
- Esperienza comprovata nella gestione delle relazioni con clienti e partner, con una forte capacità di negoziazione e chiusura di contratti;
- Conoscenza delle dinamiche pubblicitarie e dei formati pubblicitari radiofonici;
- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia, di gestire progetti complessi e di affrontare le sfide con un approccio orientato ai risultati.
