Sales Development Representative

- Close new business consistently at or above quota level
- Work closely and collaboratively with sales management to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
- Schedule and conduct needs qualification calls and product demonstrations with prospects
- Research accounts identify key players generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
- Strong problemsolving skills and demonstrated ability to overcome objections Previous SDR experience and familiarity with the human resources space is an asset
- Superior communications skills excellent verbal capacity and the ability to capture an audience during a presentation
- Competitive and selfdriven
- Energy passion humour compassion and enthusiasm
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast pace environment
- Ability to work in a highenergy sales team environment; team player. Enjoys task based and goal based work
- Experience in CRM tools and softwares will be highly anticipated
- A selfstarter with a track record of time management proven customer service skills and exceptionally organized.
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email voicemail MS Office)
- Sales training and salesforce.com experience a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business or Liberal Arts is a must
- Positive and energetic phone skills excellent listening skills strong writing skills
