Through open collaboration with ecosystem partners, we create lasting value for our customers, working to empower people, enrich home life, and inspire innovation in organizations of all shapes and sizes.Job Title: Datacenter Facility Solution ManagerJob Location: Roma / MilanoMain Responsibilities:Partner Technical Enablement: Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training sessions and workshops for partner sales teams and technical personnel (e.g., on UPS, cooling, smart monitoring, prefabricated solutions). Create compelling enablement materials, including presentations, solution guides, competitive analysis, and demonstration scripts. Act as a primary technical escalation point for partners, resolving complex technical queries and challenges. Solution Promotion & Sales Support: Proactively promote the entire Huawei Datacenter Facility solutions portfolio to partners, articulating the value proposition and competitive advantages. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for partners and, when necessary, directly to their end-customers. Support partners in understanding customer requirements, qualifying opportunities, and defining optimal solution architectures. Collaborate with partners on solution design, sizing, bill of materials/quantities generation, and technical proposal development. Assist partners in preparing responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI). Project Lifecycle Guidance: Provide technical support during the presales phase, including proof-of-concept (PoC) validation and technical due diligence. Offer guidance during subsequent project phases (e.g., deployment, commissioning) to ensure smooth implementation and high customer satisfaction. Collect market feedback, analyze industry trends, and contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of our product roadmap. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting technical relationships with key stakeholders within our distributor and system integrator network. Understand their business models, strategic objectives, and technical capabilities to identify growth opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Presales, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar client-facing technical role within the IT or Datacenter industry. Strong technical expertise in Datacenter Facility infrastructure, such as: Power systems (UPS, Batteries, Power Distribution), Cooling systems (Chillers, CRAC/CRAH, precision cooling), Racks, Containment (hot/cold aisle), Datacenter Infrastructure Management (DCIM) and monitoring solutions. Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
