El Rol

Como Hubs Director, tienes la misión de liderar un equipo comercial nacional ganador, comprometido y de alto desempeño, dedicado a la vinculación, retención y crecimiento de los clientes pequeños en Bold.

Debes liderar en Bold la correcta implementación del nuevo canal comercial de Hubs. Un Hub es un local u oficina comercial ubicado en un lugar estratégico de cada ciudad. Cada Hub tiene equipos comerciales de 10-12 ejecutivos y tiene como labor vincular clientes en su zona de influencia, así como retener y profundizar a los clientes de la zona.

Deberás:

  • Definir junto con el área de estrategia comercial las métricas del equipo.
  • Definir junto con el área de estrategia comercial los esquemas de incentivos de los miembros del equipo.
  • Coordinar la labor de los managers regionales.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las metas comerciales y la productividad del equipo comercial.
  • Desarrollar a los líderes de su equipo y contratar líderes cuando sea necesario.
  • Identificar capacitaciones requeridas para su equipo y coordinar con talento humano el desarrollo de las mismas.
  • Velar por el correcto funcionamiento de cada Hub:
    • Cumplimiento de horarios.
    • Cumplimiento de normas aplicables a la operación.
  • Ser el puente entre el área de Hubs y las diferentes áreas de la compañía, garantizando una óptima comunicación y coordinación.
  • Coordinar proyectos interdisciplinarios que involucran a la fuerza comercial de Hubs, como:
    • Lanzamiento de promociones.
    • Manejo de Inventarios (toma de final de año).
    • Capacitaciones de producto adaptadas a las necesidades de la fuerza comercial.
    • Solución de incidentes de tecnología que requieran intervención de la fuerza comercial.
    • Realización de pilotos de lanzamiento de productos.
    • Eventos (fiesta de fin de año, ceremonia de ascensos, fechas especiales de celebración).
  • Crear el material adecuado para la gestión comercial:
    • Presentaciones comerciales.
    • Brochures.
    • Clínicas de ventas.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en administración, mercadeo, ingeniería industrial, economía o carreras afines, deseable con especialización o maestría.
  • Experiencia probada de más de 5 años manejando equipos comerciales de más de 200 personas a nivel nacional en otras empresas.
  • Experiencia manejando equipos comerciales en la industria financiera o de tecnología.
  • Excelentes habilidades de relacionamiento y trabajo en equipo con otras áreas de la compañía.
  • Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo; debe inspirar confianza y liderar con el ejemplo.
  • Deseable: experiencia en una fintech, startup o empresa afín a la tecnología o en una microfinanciera.
  • Persona flexible, que se adapta fácilmente a los cambios.
