The Employee Relations (ER) Business Partner is partof the Employee Experience and Relations (EXR) field ERorganization and reports into EU Senior ER Customer Fulfillment(CF) Partner, supporting for CF across Europe (EUR). They act as atrusted advisor who connects business challenges to ER activitiesand outcomes, partner with business lines on pan EUR employee andlabor relations risk identification and mitigation strategies,support organizational change, and respond to emerging business andrisk opportunities at EUR level. They work in close collaborationwith the Senior ER CF Partner, Country Field ER teams andrespective Head of Country ER Leadership to deliver CF specificcountry insights and ensure that fair, consistent, and transparentemployee and labor relations processes are applied across all CFoperations. They partner effectively with support teams for CFneeds and do not think in silos moreover they are collectively ERcustodians of cross boarder and cross business lines (BL)collaboration and communication. They possess significant employeeand labor relations expertise, high judgment, analytical andcommunication skills. Where applicable, they will support the BL toensure Amazon works with and respects: the rights and experience ofemployees to establish and join internal employee representativebodies (ERBs); engagement in constructive relationships anddialogue and operational strategy in terms of ERBs and externalemployee representatives; the promotion, safeguarding and advocacyfor positive relationships and experience with third-party deliveryservice providers to ensure the business has the maximumflexibility to operate and deliver for our customers. Key jobresponsibilities Labor Relations Advice and Strategy:
• Design andimplement BL-specific ER strategy
• Identify trends, mitigaterisks, develop pan-EUR strategies
• Handle crisis issues with ERHOC and Senior ER BL Partner
• Provide timely advice on employeeand labor relations Operational Excellence:
• Use data to developpersuasive narratives and recommendations
• Lead large-scale,network-wide projects improving frontline experience
• Deliverinnovative solutions challenging industry status quo
• Developengagement mechanisms for positive workplace environmentsLeadership Capabilities:
• Work independently in ambiguoussituations
• Act as trusted advisor for ER business linerelationships
• Build constructive relationships with stakeholders

• 1:1s with relevant BLleaders.
• Regular connects with field Regional HRM/HRBP teams.

• EUR ER reporting mechanisms.
• 1:1 with Manager(cadence TBC in each case).
• Monthly connects with relevantsupport team stakeholders such as Safety, Compliance, Legal, PublicPolicy, Public Relations, PxT, Loss Prevention, TERA, Tech, ChangeManagement, Internal and External Communications, ACES, and DriverSupport and Experience.
• University degree and at least 10 yearsof professional experience in employee relations, labor relations,or labor/employment law with an emphasis on labor.
• Fluency inEnglish, both written and spoken. Fluency in at least one otherEuropean language is desirable.
• Labor and employment lawknowledge.
• Possess strong change management, leadership,negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Good analytical skill.
• Lawdegree / legal background preferred.
• Confident handling of MSOffice applications (Outlook, Word) and HR information systems.
•Relevant post graduate education in human resources oremployee/labor relations.
• High social skills.
• Flexibility andvery good organizational skills.
• Fast comprehension and highjudgment.
• Strong team player.
