We are on the lookout for a passionate Guest Services Executive - Concierge to join the summer season 2027 of Jumeirah Capri Palace.

The main duties and responsibilities are:

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in, orientation, and general inquiries.
Handle guest requests efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate communication with relevant departments.
Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide accurate information and recommendations.
Prepare and update guest profiles, noting preferences and special requirements for personalized service.
Assist in coordinating VIP amenities and special arrangements under the guidance of senior team members.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, grooming standards, and health and safety protocols.
Support the team in managing reservations, confirmations, and guest correspondence.
Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to senior colleagues.
Promote hotel services and upsell opportunities to enhance guest experience and revenue.
