The position will be working closely with the broader marketing team, developing strategies and initiatives to keep our customer base active and engaged. The successful candidate is a precise, data driven person, with a superior level of attention to details.What will be your key responsibilities?Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to increase customer engagement, retention and loyalty, across consumer and trade clients;Manage and safeguard our customer database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while continuously enhancing our contact information;Analyze customer data to appropriately segment the customer base, creating personalized engagements and better customer experiences;Design and execute targeted campaigns to nurture relationships with our customers, planning both digital and physical touchpoints;Create personal engagement opportunities for VIP customersDevelop a customer loyalty program that fits a luxury brand and that is relevant for the industryCollaborate with sales, marketing, product, engineering and operations teams to constantly improve customer experienceMonitor and report on CRM activities#J-18808-Ljbffr
