We have a new opportunity We are looking for a well-organised Sales Coordinator to join our company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very supportive and rewarding organisation at an exciting time of growth across the business.

Working from our office in Central Harrow you will be working closely with the Sales Director and the sales team (direct & channel). Your focus will be to provide support for the Sales department ensuring all the sales administrative deliverables are met by supporting them and help the business to become more efficient. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximise their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. Coordination and organisation is the key in delivering on service and supporting the Sales Director and the sales teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the administrative deliverables for the sales and wider teams.
- Maintain documentation such as service, supplier & customer agreements.
- Ensure customer and subscription records are maintained and up to date on our CRM system.
- Escalate any risks or issues that may impact on the service delivery of an account.
- Support to resolve any barriers from the sales processes as part of continuous Improvements.
- Assist the Directors in delivering the sales strategy and administration for existing and new customers.
- Be the point of contact between the Sales Director & the sales team and other departments to help improve sales processes.
- Ensure all documentation and processes are updated on our shared folders and internal CRM.
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions is essential.
- Produce reports based on the sales of employees in the sales department.
- Evaluate sales reports & the performance of salespeople.
- Make presentations to management which explain how to meet sales goals and talk about any new innovative ideas that management may have.
- Manage employees’ daily operations and performance.
- Designs sales strategies and processes.
- Generate reports regarding the status of the sales department.
- Maintain files systems and database of sales records.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Flexible and adaptable in the ways of working.
- Have excellent organisational skills, time management and problem solving.
- Excellent communications skills and be a team player.
- The ability to work under pressure and be able to change team direction as and when required.
- A self-starter with ability to prioritise team and individual workloads.
- Fast learner and developing experience of project management skills principles software and tools to help with the co-ordination of sales deliverables.
- Proficiency in English.
- Have experience of using a CRM system.
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience as a sales coordinator or similar role.
