Posizione: Mechanical Design Engineer

Experis ricerca un Mechanical Design Engineer per potenziare la nostra divisione Aerospace & Defence nella sede di MILANO.

Come il tuo contributo farà la differenza

Come Mechanical Design Engineer, ti occuperai di:

  • Progettare e sviluppare sottosistemi meccanici e termici per veicoli spaziali, incluse parti strutturali primarie e secondarie, sistemi termici e meccanici.
  • Integrare componenti avionici, cablaggi e sottosistemi Payload/RF nel design della piattaforma spaziale.
  • Collaborare con i responsabili di altri sottosistemi per definire requisiti di interfaccia e soluzioni progettuali.
  • Sviluppare modelli 3D e disegni 2D per la produzione, l'assemblaggio e i test, garantendo conformità a standard e best practice.
  • Analizzare tolleranze, verificare interferenze e supportare le attività di assemblaggio, integrazione e test.
  • Supportare piani di qualificazione strutturale e termica, inclusi test acustici, di vibrazione, shock e carico statico.
  • Eseguire analisi termiche e sviluppare sistemi termici, quali radiatori, sistemi a heat-pipe e sensori di temperatura.
  • Preparare piani di test termico, supportare prove in vuoto termico e correlare i modelli analitici ai dati sperimentali.
Caratteristiche della persona che si unirà al Team Experis:
  • Laurea triennale in INGEGNERIA o affini; preferibile laurea magistrale.
  • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nella progettazione meccanica e/o termica nel settore aerospaziale o aeronautico.
  • Competenza nell'uso di software CAD 3D (preferibilmente NX/CATIA) e nella creazione di disegni 2D.
  • Gradita esperienza con strumenti di analisi termica (ad esempio Systema Thermica, ESATAN, Thermal Desktop).
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
