La risorsa sarà inserita nell'area Workforce Management e, lavorando in collaborazione con la Direzione Workforce Management and Volunteers, dovrà occuparsi di:
- Coordinare le attività interne di ricerca e di selezione del personale e collaborare con gli stakeholder esterni;
- Realizzare tutte le attività necessarie all'inserimento della workforce, in collaborazione con le differenti aree funzionali;
- Contribuire, in relazione ai bisogni espressi dalle Direzioni/aree funzionali, alla determinazione di fabbisogni di addestramento/formazione dei Dipendenti e Collaboratori, definendo i piani formativi e controllando le attività di erogazione;
- Collaborare nello sviluppo delle disposizioni organizzative e delle policy and procedures;
- Partecipare al coordinamento della progressiva evoluzione dell'organizzazione secondo la prospettiva della venuisation, definendo l'organizzazione del Games Time e supportando la costituzione dei team di venue, il processo d'individuazione, di formazione, di allocazione e di gestione delle risorse durante l'evento, nell'ambito delle attività di venue;
- Definire i servizi per la workforce durante i Giochi (p.e. pasti, trasporti, accrediti)
- Contribuire alla predisposizione della documentazione richiesta dalla FISU e allla preparazione dei Final Report.
Requisiti minimi:
- Laurea/diploma;
- Ottima buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata;
- Esperienza in ruoli analoghi;
- Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office

- Ottime capacità di team working e gestione del tempo
Si offre:
- Contratto a tempo determinato full time.
