Job Title: Talent Development Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Talent Development Specialist to design and implement programs that enhance employee skills leadership abilities and career growth. This role is essential for fostering a culture of continuous learning and development to drive individual and organizational success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent development strategies aligned with organizational goals and employee needs.
  • Identify highpotential employees and design personalized development plans to support their growth.
  • Create and facilitate training programs workshops and seminars focused on skills development leadership and career progression.
  • Collaborate with managers and teams to assess talent gaps and recommend targeted development initiatives.
  • Utilize data and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and make necessary improvements.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends best practices and emerging development methodologies.
  • Manage and track development programs including budgeting scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Support employees through mentoring and coaching to achieve their professional goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Development Specialist Learning and Development Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of talent management career development and organizational behavior.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other talent development tools.
  • Analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and employee progress.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Business Administration or a related field; certification in talent development or coaching preferred.
