Per Azienda di Chiusavecchia (IM) ricerchiamo un/una Addetto/a Customer Service & Sales Support, ottimo inglese & francese.La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del team Customer Service e si occuperà della gestione operativa e commerciale dei clienti, garantendo un elevato livello di servizio e supporto alle attività di vendita. Il ruolo prevede un contatto costante con il portafoglio clienti e la capacità di individuare opportunità di sviluppo commerciale.Attività - Responsabilit e0 Inserimento, gestione e monitoraggio degli ordini clientiSupporto alla rete vendite nelle attività quotidianeGestione delle richieste dei clienti (informazioni su prodotti, ordini, spedizioni, reclami)Mantenimento e sviluppo delle relazioni con il portafoglio clienti assegnatoCapacità di cogliere e segnalare opportunità di vendita e di up-selling/cross-sellingCollaborazione con i reparti interni (vendite, logistica, amministrazione)Profilo e requisiti La figura professionale ricercata ha maturato un’esperienza di almeno 4 anni in ruoli Back Office Commerciale oppure Customer Service, preferibilmente nel settore industriale e metalmeccanico. Completano il profilo: attitudine al lavoro per obiettivi, organizzazione e gestione del tempo, ordine e precisione, autonomia e predisposizione al lavoro di squadra.Requisiti Diploma o laureaOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese (colloquio in lingua)Ottima conoscenza della lingua francese (colloquio in lingua)Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto OfficeProposta e condizioni Contratto di assunzione diretta in azienda a tempo indeterminatoRAL indicativa: 30-35k a seconda della competenza valutata + tk5 euro + welfare aziendaleOrario di lavoro: full-time lunedì – venerdì; possibilità di smart-working 1 giorno a settimana da accordareSede: Chiusavecchia (IM)Note legali Grafton Office è una specializzazione di Gi Group Spa autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
