FGV is the world’s third biggest oil palm plantation operator, has the world’s largest bulking and storage facilities for vegetable oil and is Malaysia’s top refined sugar producer.In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at FGV Holdings Berhad**Job Description****Audit Leadership & Execution*** Lead and perform risk-based IT audits across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, cloud, and IT governance.* Assess IT controls and suggest improvements for security and operational effectiveness.* Ensure audits follow Group Internal Audit Charter, SOPs, and IPPF standards.**Audit Planning & Fieldwork*** Define audit scope, approach, and timelines.* Conduct fieldwork, review evidence, analyse risks, and develop findings.* Coach team members to maintain high audit quality.**Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement*** Draft clear and concise audit findings and recommendations.* Lead discussions with stakeholders during entry, fieldwork, and exit meetings.* Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor on IT governance and risk.**People Development*** Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.* Promote a high-performing team culture.**Other Responsibilities*** Support projects or assignments from Head of Unit/Division.# # **Requirements:*** Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.* Minimum 3 years of experience in IT auditing, assurance, or related fields, with hands-on exposure to risk-based audits covering infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, cloud, or IT governance.locations: Wisma FGVtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 14 Days Ago#J-18808-Ljbffr
