As the face of First Hawaiian Bank in our branches, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services. You will have the opportunity to serve a diverse group of customers, from individuals opening their first checking account to seasoned investors managing their wealth. Compensation $20.00 - $23.50 per hour, commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives. Work Schedule Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM (hours may vary). As An Ideal Candidate, You Will Have High school diploma or equivalent (required) Personal alignment with our core values – Caring, Character, and Collaboration One year or more of customer service experience and cash handling Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong ability to positively engage with customers Attention to detail, ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
