Key Account Ice Cream IH Scope: Full Time; Location: Roma, Italy (Emilia‑Romagna). Terms & Conditions: Permanent Contract. Job Purpose The Key Account IH is responsible for executing sales plans, managing trade investment, and facilitating customer communication. Key Responsibilities Negotiate, plan, manage, and lead negotiations. Develop full‑year plans and monitor progress. Achieve sales targets and drive market contribution. Manage promotional programs defined by Trade Marketing for concessionaries. Understand customer needs and requirements. Develop and implement long‑term client retention strategies. Resolve customer complaints promptly. Manage internal communications between clients and internal teams. What You Need To Succeed Strong result orientation. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proactivity, enterprising spirit, entrepreneurial mentality. Problem solving and flexible reasoning. Dynamism. Ability to work in a team. Bachelor or Master graduate in Economics or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of experience in the sales business.
