Do you enjoy driving category performance in a fast‑moving tech environment? If yes, this role could be your next great opportunity In this role you will drive the business performance of the consumer PC category across the EMEA region for the assigned countries. You will lead strategic planning, product portfolio management, forecasting, pricing, and go‑to‑market execution to achieve revenue, margin, and market‑share goals. What are your main responsibilities in this role? Own the consumer PC category PL for the assigned countries, ensuring delivery of revenue, profit, and market‑share objectives. Build the regional category strategy aligned with global business priorities and local market requirements. Manage product lifecycle across all segments (entry, mid‑range, premium, gaming, etc.), ensuring the right assortment for each country or cluster. Monitor EMEA forecasting cycles, collaborating with country teams, supply chain, and global category. Monitor sell‑in and sell‑out performance, adjusting plans proactively to maximize availability and minimize aged inventory. Contribute to regional pricing strategy, including hero SKUs, promotional grids, and margin targets. Analyze competitor pricing and market dynamics to ensure competitiveness and optimized profitability. Track category trends, consumer behavior, competitive moves, and technology evolution to provide actionable insights to senior management and local teams to support strategic decisions. You will be successful in this role if you bring: 510 years of experience in category, product, or business management within consumer electronics or tech. Strong understanding of the PC market, retail environment, and consumer tech trends. Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel/BI tools and the ability to translate data into compelling stories. Experience influencing stakeholders at multiple levels within a matrix organization. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Strategic thinking combined with strong business acumen. A data‑driven approach to decision making. Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
