Customer Support Representative – Spanish & EnglishAre you a Spanish-speaking professional with a passion for exceptional customer experience and technical troubleshooting? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative (Spanish + English) to join our international team in Bulgaria. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic, multilingual environment, supporting one of the world’s leading heavy equipment brands.What You’ll DoHandle inbound and outbound requests via phone, email, chat, and webform from end consumers and CAT’s retailers.Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions effectively.Assist customers with spare parts search and purchases.Deliver accurate information and ensure every customer feels supported and valued.What You BringSpanish – C1 | English – C1 (Both languages at an advanced level are required).Customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills.Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.At least 1–2 years of work experience in BPO or experience with US customers.Salary & BenefitsSalary: 1700 EUR Gross per month.Access structured onboarding and ongoing skill development.Potential for a hybrid work model after 6 months, based on performance.Relocation assistance is available.#J-18808-Ljbffr
