Siamo una tech company con una missione chiara: portare il potere del game-based learning dentro ogni azienda del mondo .Collaboriamo già con brand come Prada, L’Oréal, BMW, Bulgari, Angelini, ING e abbiamo raccolto oltre €1M di investimenti da top founder e VC.Il nostro prodotto, Gamindo Builder , è un B2B SaaS che trasforma la formazione aziendale da click & sleep a esperienza memorabile, efficace e misurabile.Siamo un team di meno di 20 persone , in forte crescita, e stiamo strutturando il nostro GTM team per scalare ancora più velocemente.Guiderai l’onboarding dei nuovi clienti, assicurandoti che ogni nuovo cliente possa avere una panoramica completa e chiara del valore che può offrire Gamindo Builder.Ti interfaccerai regolarmente con i nostri clienti per massimizzare l'adoption del prodotto, supportandoli nella creazione di contenuti e nella strategia di distribuzione.Collaborerai con gli Account Executive per favorire rinnovi e up/cross‑selling.Riporterai feedback e insight utili al team Prodotto per migliorare costantemente Gamindo Builder.Misurerai KPI come NPS e product usage per garantire una customer experience eccellente.Hai lavorato in Account Management / Customer Success in contesti B2B SaaS, meglio se Enterprise.(Plus) Hai esperienza come Instructional Designer o Learning Specialist.Sei una persona empatica, curiosa e affidabile: la gente ama parlare con te e si sente ascoltata.Hai uno spirito imprenditoriale: non aspetti che qualcuno ti dica cosa fare, lo fai.Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (abbiamo già clienti fuori Italia evogliamo creare un'azienda globale).Macbook + smartphone aziendale.8 ore al mese dedicate a formazione e side project/esperimenti.Smart working : lavori da dove vuoi, ci vediamo solo 3–4 giorni al mese a Milano.4 retreat all’anno : 2 con tutto il team Gamindo + 2 solo con il team Sales.
