Synergie Italia agenzia per il lavoro, filiale di CORSICO cerca per azienda cliente una risorsa da inserire con il ruolo di Assistente Amministrazione Field Service che supporterà il Field Service Manager nella pianificazione e nel coordinamento delle attività tecniche, garantendo un elevato livello di soddisfazione del cliente. Principali responsabilità Gestione delle chiamate in entrata e in uscita da clienti, tecnici interni/esterni e reparto commerciale Pianificazione e coordinamento delle visite tecniche e degli interventi di manutenzione Supporto nella risoluzione di problematiche tecniche e operative in collaborazione con i reparti interni Preparazione di report periodici per il reparto commerciale e finanziario Gestione dello stock ricambi e dei resi (clienti e fornitori) Preparazione e invio della documentazione di sicurezza ai clienti secondo normativa vigente Diploma di scuola superiore Esperienza di 2/3 anni in ruoli di customer service, service desk tecnico o field service Esperienza nella gestione di chiamate inbound e outbound Buona conoscenza di Excel Conoscenza di SAP (preferibile) Ottime capacità organizzative e di problem solving Buone doti comunicative e orientamento al cliente Si offre primo inserimento in somministrazione di 6 mesi con la possibilità di proroga Orario FULL TIME 40h settimanali da lunedì a venerdì CCNL commercio - livello da commisurare all'esperienza Luogo di lavoro : Cusago (MI) L'offerta è rivolta a candidatə nel rispetto del Dlgs 198/2006 e dei Dlgs 215/2003 e 216/2003 e della PdR 125/2022.
