Responsibilities The Client Solutions team are responsible for campaign execution and success, working closely with the Brand Partnerships team to deliver a first-class service to clients. Working with the top agencies and brands across Europe to educate and inform about the exciting evolution of TikTok. Build and progressively grow client portfolio by securing win-win business opportunities throughout the sales cycle (acquisition, retention, and upsell). Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals, and/or strategic objectives) set by the management team. Drive education on product, company updates, and share company best practices relevant to client or agency business. Work and collaborate with diverse internal cross‑functional teams, supporting the team to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions grounded in measurable business results for client partners. Aid the team in educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, ultimately helping to grow existing business and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners). Plan media activation, keep accurate records of all pending and active campaign plans, and assist in maintaining campaign schedules and ad placement availability. Work with the product and campaign execution teams to ensure ad specifications and rates are accurate, and be responsible for reporting and optimizing campaigns. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Performance experience is a must have. Previous experience in sales roles. Knowledge and proven expertise in strategic planning and sales approach. Self‑starter, fast learner with a start‑up spirit. Experience managing campaigns across multiple advertising solutions and placements. High oral and/or written fluency in Greek and English is required to communicate directly with stakeholders/clients across the Greek region. Preferred Qualifications: Detail oriented, with exceptional organisational skills. Able to coordinate different stakeholders' interests and requests simultaneously. Experience in a client‑facing role and ability to speak to C‑Level stakeholders. Experience managing highly structured business.
