Cloud Native Developer and Team Leader

to guide our digital revolution. You will be placed in a unit dedicated to studying, creating, and releasing innovative cloud solutions, together with a team of highly specialized Strategic Consultants. In this role, you will : Lead a team of talents in implementing cutting-edge Cloud Native solutions. Collaborate with our most prestigious clients to transform their businesses through the Cloud. Define innovative cloud architectures that integrate generative AI and emerging technologies. Promote a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence within Capgemini. Contribute to Capgemini's global strategy in cloud computing and AI. Design and develop scalable and resilient Cloud Native solutions. Implement microservices architectures using the latest Cloud technologies. Integrate generative AI solutions into Cloud-Based applications. Collaborate with international teams in an Agile and DevOps environment. Contribute to the technological innovation of Capgemini and its clients. YOUR PROFILE Experience in Cloud Computing and software development. Deep knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their advanced services. Hands-on experience with containers Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures. Strong skills in DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform). Excellent programming skills in Python, Java, and .NET. Experience integrating generative AI solutions into Cloud architectures. Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases. Ability to lead multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. Strategic problem-solving skills and innovative thinking. Good knowledge of English.
