Per una realtà in forte crescita nel settore delle tecnologie per le risorse umane, ricerchiamo un Sales Executive con focus sullo sviluppo commerciale nel segmento mid-large enterprise. La figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con il Direttore Commerciale, il team Marketing e la Prevendita, contribuendo alla crescita del business e al consolidamento del posizionamento dell'azienda nel mercato delle piattaforme HCM. Collaborerà inoltre con il team Partner Alliance nella gestione delle opportunità generate dai partner. Responsabilità principali Sviluppo new business nel segmento mid-large enterprise Attività commerciale tramite outbound, gestione lead, networking, eventi e convention HR Gestione completa del ciclo di vendita : discovery, proposta, negoziazione, chiusura Qualificazione dei prospect e creazione di una pipeline strutturata Presentazione consulenziale di soluzioni HCM (AI, workforce planning, performance, compensation, ecc.) Collaborazione con Marketing, Presales e Partner per generare e supportare nuove opportunità Gestione CRM e forecast accurato Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza in ruoli Sales / Business Development, in ambito HCM, software gestionali o enterprise software HR Esperienza nella gestione di trattative complesse con stakeholder multipli (HR, IT, Acquisti) e cicli di vendita di 6-8 mesi Esperienza nel segmento Mid-Large Enterprise Approccio consulenziale, autonomia e forte orientamento ai risultati Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Sede di lavoro : Milano (modalità ibrida) J-18808-Ljbffr #J-18808-Ljbffr
