Tecnologia, innovazione e qualità sono le parole chiave del successo di una multinazionale specializzata nel settore oleodinamico che oggi vanta siti produttivi in Italia, Brasile, India, Cina e USA, oltre a uffici commerciali in Giappone e Germania.La figura di Manufacturing Design Engineer, riportando direttamente al Manufacturing Design Manager, ha la responsabilità di progettare e disegnare nuove attrezzature, nuove macchine e nuove linee di montaggio sia per la casa madre che per le locations estere.Responsabilità1. Progettazione di nuove macchine o attrezzature o parti di esseSu richiesta della direzione aziendale o dei Manufacturing Engineering Department, si occupa della progettazione di nuove macchine, nuove linee di montaggio o attrezzature necessarie per la produzione di nuovi prodotti (Phase in) oppure in tutte le attività di miglioramento.La progettazione è effettuata con sistema cad 3D rilasciando i disegni tecnici e le relative distinte.Per ciascuna macchina / attrezzatura definisce le caratteristiche, le specifiche tecniche ed effettua i calcoli strutturali.2..Gestione delle modifiche di attrezzature esistentiValuta le richieste che pervengono dai Manufacturing Engineering Departments di modifica di attrezzature esistenti e cerca soluzioni tecniche per migliorare i tempi cicli o la qualità del prodotto.Per ogni attrezzatura / macchina / linea di montaggio elabora la distinta dei componenti e la inserisce in SAP.Riferisce a : Manufacturing Design ManagerRequired Skills and Knowledge :Mechanical DrawingMechanical DesignMachine ToolsWelding TechnologiesSolidworksItalian Language : NativeEnglish Language : Intermediate Level (Level 3)Education : Bachelor's or Diploma in a Technical SubjectCompetenze trasversali :Orientamento al risultatoAttenzione all’ordine, alla qualità e all’accurtezzaSpirito d’iniziativaRicerca delle informazioniProblem SolvingCapacità di lavorare in gruppoImpegno verso l’organizzazione#J-18808-Ljbffr
