Deputy HSE Manager

Main Responsibilities Collaborate with the GBU HSE Team Train, coach, and mentor site level HSE resources on key requirements Advise HSE Manager and Site Managers on potential regulatory gaps and provide assistance on strategy to resolve. Manage consultant interface with sites to ensure efficient use of resources. Collaborate across the organization by participating in subject matter teams Identify development opportunities to enhance HSE competencies Coordinate or participate in assessments and audits. Develop good relationships with colleagues and site to ensure close collaboration Promote a culture of engagement through open communication Establish effective networks within the company and with external organizations Interface with regulatory agencies as needed in consultation with Syensqo Legal Provide technical guidance and support to industrial sites Conduct periodic site visits to assess compliance and performance Requirements Master's degree in STEM disciplines. At least five years' experience as RSPP in a Seveso site. Fluent English, both written and spoken Knowledge of D.Lgs. 81/2008 (Testo Unico sulla Sicurezza). Knowledge of environmental regulations - D.Lgs. 152/2006. Knowledge of D.Lgs 105/2015. Knowledge of UNI EN ISO 45001 e UNI EN ISO 14001 standards. Experience in managing internal and external audits Transversal skills Teamwork, problem solving, flexibility. Leadership and effective communication. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence, engage and drive change across the organization. Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels, including with external partners. Able to influence and manage third-party activities on site. High level of integrity and ethical standards. Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
