Agreement Delivery Coordinator Join our marine agreements team working for a better future.Location Italy – preferably Wärtsilä locations in Trieste, Genova or Napoli.What Will You Be Doing As an Agreement Delivery Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the contract core team delivering maintenance agreements to our customers. You will support the execution of maintenance agreements by taking a proactive approach to prepare engine preventive maintenance interventions.Coordinate spare part deliveriesSecure field service resources for maintenance tasksEnsure the necessary special tools are available for maintenance interventionsCoordinate workshop maintenance tasksConsult with Wärtsilä technical expertsConsult with other suppliers and subcontractorsSupport customers in managing unforeseen issuesWith urgency manage necessary parts and coordinate resources to minimise impactTimely process maintenance task reporting, and trigger invoicing processParticipate in customer meetingsThis role ensures that maintenance tasks are executed within the set time frame without delays, requiring continuous communication with customers and other Wärtsilä departments. You will also focus on cost to serve and customer satisfaction, and for major maintenance interventions create a maintenance execution plan with timelines, actions and cost estimates.To Be SuccessfulBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related fieldA few years of experience in a similar role (preferred)Native proficiency in Italian and excellent knowledge of EnglishProactiveness, focus on achieving results, ability to maintain an overview of many ongoing activities, detail oriented, organized, and excellent communication skillsExperience with SAP and Service Work Force is a plusWhy You and Us?
