This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fashion and luxury goods and are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. As a representative' you will assist clients in Italian' ensuring they receive premium support tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities - Manage customer inquiries related to fashion products' order status' and brand services via phone' email' and live chat in Italian. - Provide detailed information about product availability' features' and styling advice. - Assist customers with order placements' returns' and exchanges. - Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism' ensuring a delightful shopping experience. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document inquiries in the CRM system. - Collaborate with teams to enhance product knowledge and service delivery. - Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and brand promotions to provide clients with relevant information. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, proficiency in English is a plus. - Previous experience in customer service' particularly within the fashion or luxury industry' is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing memorable customer experiences. - Ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. - Familiarity with using CRM software and other customer service technologies. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including evenings and weekends as necessary.
