Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is excited to announce a vacancy for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent for a leading Financial Services Company in Greece.In this pivotal role' you will support our Italian-speaking clients with their financial inquiries' ensuring they receive top-quality service and guidance on our various financial products and services.Your responsibilities will include responding to customer queries' providing information about services' and assisting clients with account management.If you have a passion for finance' excellent communication skills' and a commitment to customer satisfaction' we would love to have you join our team.Responsibilities - Deliver outstanding customer service in Italian for inquiries related to financial services.- Assist clients with account-related questions and provide information on products and services.- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.- Work closely with other departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer needs.- Stay informed about financial products' policies' and market trends to assist customers effectively.- Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken.- Experience in customer service' particularly in the financial services sector is a plus.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills centered on customer care.- Ability to multitask and manage various inquiries effectively.- Familiarity with customer service software or financial management tools is advantageous.- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.- Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays' as required.
