Role Summary As a Senior Tech Recruiter, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent across multiple functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand evolving business needs, shape hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless, high‑quality candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles, mainly in tech, sales, marketing and operations’ field. Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role requirements, shape hiring strategies, and ensure alignment with rapidly evolving business priorities. Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and targeted outreach in deep-tech and cybersecurity communities. Ensure an excellent candidate experience by providing clear communication, structured processes, and timely feedback throughout all recruitment stages. Contribute to the development of scalable recruiting frameworks, analytics, and employer branding initiatives to support the company’s growth at scale. Qualifications Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter, preferably in high‑growth environments, with a strong track record hiring for deep‑tech roles; solid understanding of complex technical domains (software engineering, security, cloud, data, etc.) demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining quality, speed, and attention to detail. Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast‑scaling organization, bringing structure and strategic thinking to the recruitment function.
