Join to apply for the SALES AND MARKETING CRM MANAGER role at Ariston GroupIn your role as Sales and Marketing CRM Manager you will be responsible for the development of the Group Sales CRM, reporting to the Group Sales Excellence Lead within the Group Marketing organization and in strong collaboration with Sales organization and ICT department.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Group Sales Excellence Senior Director by developing and executing the overall CRM strategy;Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and ICT teams to ensure alignment with business goals;Manage the Sales & Marketing CRM, in a mostly B2B context;Monitor standard KPIs through monthly-released dashboards and ad-hoc analysis;Train local CRM responsible people and update the existing training material;Create a community to share best practices and promote the tool’s adoption;Manage the assigned budget.RequirementsUniversity Degree in Marketing/Information Technology/Engineering or similar fields;5-7 years of professional experience in Marketing/CRM roles;Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools (ex.
