ADHR, per azienda facente parte di un gruppo e nel settore metalmeccanico è alla ricerca di un SAP Process Engineer e IT support Nello specifico la persona si occuperà di collaborare e fornire supporto ai differenti Dipartimenti aziendali con l’obiettivo di implementare nuovi progetti e processi SAP che facilitino la digitalizzazione, fungere da referente interno per quanto riguarda l’amministrazione del network. Responsabilità principali Analisi dei processi aziendali e delle esigenze dei dipartimenti per l’implementazione e l’ottimizzazione di soluzioni SAP. Gestione di progetti SAP strategici, inclusi aggiornamenti, test e rilascio dei moduli, in collaborazione con consulenti e partner esterni. Monitoraggio dei dati e produzione di report a supporto dei team operativi e di gestione. Contributo allo sviluppo della strategia IT di medio-lungo periodo e formazione dei team coinvolti. Amministrazione di infrastrutture IT (VMWare, Windows Server, Active Directory) e supporto alla sicurezza e alle reti aziendali. Supporto agli utenti finali su sistemi Windows e dispositivi mobili, gestione delle richieste e attività di formazione di base. Requisiti richiesti: Esperienza pregressa in ruolo simile, preferibilmente nell’ambito SAP e sistemi informativi. Ottima conoscenza di SAP (moduli principali e aggiornamenti). Competenze avanzate in amministrazione di sistemi Windows Server e Active Directory. Conoscenza di infrastrutture di rete, sicurezza informatica e monitoraggio sistemi. Capacità di supporto utenti e di formazione. Buone capacità di problem solving, comunicazione e lavoro in team. Essere proattivo, lavorare in team nei progetti condividendo le informazioni e collaborando con i colleghi dei vari dipartimenti.
