La area segue l’introduzione di nuove linea di produzione per nuovi prodotti (industrializzazione) e il miglioramento o la modifica di linee esistenti. La persona inserita nel team affiancherà, con autonomia crescente, i manager di riferimento nei progetti relativi agli Equipment. Cerchiamo giovani ingegneri (1 – 3 anni) con esperienza come Project Engineer o Project Manager per l’introduzione di nuove linee di produzione o grandi macchinari, sia presso la stessa azienda sia presso clienti esterni.ResponsabilitaEseguire tutte le attività assegnate relative ai progetti degli equipment, dall'URS fino alle specifiche tecniche, configurazione, installazione e validazione, collaborando con le altre funzioni coinvolteValutare lo stato attuale delle linee di produzione, identificando le aree di miglioramento, al fine di adattare progressivamente e in modo sostenibile il livello degli equipment a tutte le norme e normative applicabiliRaggiungere l'obiettivo del progetto assegnato, eseguendo le diverse attività della fase del progetto come fattibilità, costi e stima del budget, gara d'appalto, installazione, test, messa in servizio, validazione.Identificare e risolvere le criticità, attuando tempestivamente le azioni preventive e correttive approvateFornire l'accurata formalizzazione e finalizzazione dei documenti, degli strumenti e dei protocolli richiesti, in conformità con requisiti tecnici/legali, norme e procedure applicabili.QualificheLaurea in ambito ingegneristico: meccanica, automazione, aerospaziale, dei materiali, chimica e dei processi industriali, etc.Esperienza di 1 – 2 anni in aziende mediamente strutturateNecessaria conoscenza della lingua ingleseSiamo un'organizzazione dinamica con clienti eccellenti e una cultura aziendale in cui le persone sono valorizzate e motivate a raggiungere risultati straordinari.
