Area Sales Engineer – OEM Automation About the companyWorld-leading on CAD/CAM, nesting and software solutions for sheet metal working. The leading industries on automotive, aerospace and naval sectors, as well as the most important machine tool manufactures, find in the company the best in class solution for their programming and digitalization of the production processes.About the positionWe are looking for an area sales manager with proven sales experience in the field (CAD/CAM or ERP software solution, NC machinery, consumables, laser sources/plasma generators, etc.). In this position you will play a key role in driving and leading new sales opportunities around the world. The position will be responsible for the international development of the Sales channel of Resellers and partner OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers). Directly reporting to the Head of Sales, you will promote the company growth as a key player in the sheet metal software market segment. You play a decisive role in promoting and managing new distribution opportunities both with existing and new OEMs and Resellers.Main Responsabilities • Planning and implementation of value-oriented sales strategies to win new Resellers and OEMs • Be the trusted Sales referent and consultant for our current Partner OEMs and Resellers of our software solutions • Define and drive to success new OEMs and Reseller cooperations • Explore and open up new markets, driving complex sales cycles to both technical and sales executive • Make technical and sales presentations of our software solutions via both web and in-person appointments • Manage multiple offers simultaneously • Precise qualification and forecasting of both projects’ success and income • Creating Customer Business Cases for the relevant solutions • Learn and understand relevant software solutions, architectures and full product line specifications • Maintain knowledge of key competitor’s product line • Market analysis to identify customer needs and report changes in the market conditions to the management • Exceed goalAbout the request • At least 3 (three) years with successful sales results in the sheet metal business • Familiarity with on premise CAD and CAD/CAM type applications • Fluent in both written and spoken Italian and Englihs, further language are a plus • Relevant sales experience in recent years in the CAD/CAM market, ERP or NC machines’ related business • Excellent oral and written communications skills delivering strong sales and technical presentation both in person and by phone/ web meeting • Open minded, winning and go-getter attitude, goal oriented, precise and organized, a proficient listener • Available for international travel (average of two per month)Wyser è il brand globale che si occupa di ricerca e selezione di profili di middle e senior management di Gi Group Holding, la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro e una tra le principali realtà che offrono servizi e consulenza HR a livello globale.
