Accounting Specialist, che si interfaccerà con le principali figure aziendali e riporterà direttamente all’Accounting Manager, le cui responsabilità saranno: Redazione prima nota Registrazione pagamenti ed incassi fatture oltre che F24 Riconciliazioni clienti e fornitori Riconciliazioni bancarie e carte di credito Quadratura Iva trimestrale (Liquidazione periodica Iva) Aggiornamento archivio fideiussioni e depositi in essere Scritture di rettifica e assestamento del bilancio ante imposte Aggiornamento mensile dei dati per la predisposizione annuale delle CU dei professionisti e delle certificazioni dei versamenti Enasarco Partecipazione al processo di redazione delle chiusure mensili Gestione del cash flow Esperienza consolidata di 3-5 anni in posizioni analoghe o nello stesso ruolo Conoscenza dei principi di partita doppia e delle nozioni base di IVA Ottima conoscenza di Excel Solide capacità di analisi di dati e di precisione Capacità di lavorare in team e comunicare efficacemente con diversi stakeholder sia interni sia esterni Flessibilità, proattività e problem solving Costituisce titolo preferenziale: Esperienza maturata nel settore energetico Conoscenza del programma contabile Navision Conoscenza del sistema Giada Pacchetto retributivo competitivo, commisurato all’esperienza del candidato: Indeterminato CCNL commercio, 14 mensilità Benefit aziendali: Laptop, telefono, buoni pasto, welfare aziendale e smart working Formazione: Programmi di formazione e aggiornamento per mantenere e migliorare le competenze tecniche Ambiente di lavoro stimolante: Contesto dinamico e innovativo, con opportunità di crescita professionale Weedoo S.p.A. promuove le pari opportunità e accoglie le candidature di entrambi i sessi (L. 125/91).
