L'hotelDouble Tree by Hilton Roma Montielegante struttura sita in zona rione Monti, facente parte del gruppo HNH Hospitality, ricerca unFront Office Agent* disponibile a lavorare su turni sia diurni che notturni.Di cosa ti occuperaiCheck in & Check-outScarico prenotazioni e procedure di controllo sugli arriviAssistenza clienti per eventuali esigenze come cambio camera o altre necessitàVeicolare le informazioni necessarie agli altri reparti in ottica di offrire il miglior servizio possibile all'ospitePreparazione della reportistica per coordinare i reparti nell’accoglienza degli ospitiMonitoraggio della strutturaGestirai il tuo lavoro in linea con le procedure aziendali garantendo il rispetto dell’immagine della struttura in termini di efficienza e standard di qualità.Chi vorremmo incontrare Persone con un forte senso di responsabilità, precisione e capacità di relazionarsi empaticamente con gli altri. È preferibile aver maturato esperienza in ambito accoglienza in contesti simili. Un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese è fondamentale; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera rappresenta un valore aggiunto.
