Team Overview and Job Responsibilities As an intern at Prysmian you will support the Workforce Planning Team in planning and controlling activities. Your Role Collaborate with the team to prepare monthly reporting containing Strategic People metrics to support business strategic decision with workforce insights. Work with the team to prepare People Analytics for HR Teams and Specialists to enable data-driven actions and process optimization. Contribute to monitoring Inclusion & Equity KPIs and preparing the Sustainability Report in line with CSRD and ESRS principles. Support monthly analysis comparing actual vs budget for both headcount and labor costs consolidating data coming from Prysmian Group HR Regional Teams. Assist in performing cost analyses based on headcount and organizational structure / design.
