This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The position requires a proactive approach to market research, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.Main ResponsibilitiesProspect assigned territory, clients, and leadsAssist in regionalizing sales efforts by increasing local client visitsProven success building new strategic relationships by developing sales plans and business strategiesIdentify and develop new targets to develop regional and global business volume in Ocean, Air, and Overland Freight, as well as Value Add solutionsFollow-up and maintain current customers with the goal of increasing revenue and freight volumeIncrease market penetration for the PSA BDP brandEngage with Account Management, Product Leaders, and Vertical Heads to develop target accounts within assigned regionMeet and exceed designated KPIs regarding client visits via maintenance via the Customer Retention Management systemEngage in market research with sales support teams with the goal of increasing individual sales pipelineOther duties as requiredMinimum RequirementsMinimum High SchoolMinimum 2 years experience in global sales preferredMinimum 3 years industry experience preferredKnowledge about Ocean Freight, Air Freight or Overland Freight in a Freight Forwarding/Logistics companyFluent EnglishExcellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skillsWilling to travel up to 25%#J-18808-Ljbffr
